You support cost planning and budgeting activities within IT Service Delivery You support monthly forecasting and budget control activities You manage and consolidate the inventory of IT assets You handle P2P-related activities (raising budget and purchase requests and expediting) You process Rydoo tasks for bill verifications You support contracts and renewals with vendor engagement You maintain records, report, and track related KPIs

Requirements

enrolled in bachelor/master studies in accounting, informatics, business administration or comparable studies
knowledgeable in the accounting area to work on costing, budgeting, planning, forecasting etc.
adept in MS 365 (Excel/PPT) and in creating dashboards
good command of spoken and written English
