Job Description

Working closely on the CEE Region, TA Team and Hiring Managers and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support daily hiring activities and contribute to a smooth and positive candidate experience. In this role, you will: • Support the coordination of candidate interviews and assessment activities. • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy. • Post job openings across internal and external platforms. • Assist with candidate communication and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. • Support recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns. • Help prepare documentation, reports, and hiring‑related materials. • Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross‑functional administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related field).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Curiosity for Talent Acquisition, HR processes, and candidate experience practices.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
