







As a Working Student in the PMO team, you will support the PMO Head and project team with essential coordination and organizational tasks for a large company integration program. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, proactive, and motivated to develop early project management skills . * Helping to prepare and maintain project standards, templates, and documentation * Supporting the organization of the project document repository and project tools * Assisting with the onboarding process of new project team members * Contributing to the tracking of project progress: milestones, deliverables, and action items * Helping schedule and organize meetings and events * Supporting internal communication activities, training materials, and lessons learned * Assisting in preparing presentations and management reports (with guidance) All tasks will be performed with supervision and mentoring from the PMO team.
