Support the documentation of changes in a clear and structured way (for example, process maps, work instructions, guidelines). Create reports and dashboards: Prepare meaningful analyses, reports, and presentations (for example, spend analyses, KPIs, savings tracking) to support decision‑making and continuous performance monitoring. Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards in our reporting tools. Support standardization and governance: Help maintain and improve sourcing standards, templates, and documentation, ensuring data consistency and transparency across categories and regions. Improve data quality and analytics: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from various internal systems (for example, ERP and procurement tools) and perform basic data validation to increase the reliability of our reports. Collaborate across functions: Work with stakeholders from sourcing, purchasing, finance, and operations to understand their information needs and translate them into clear, actionable analytics.
