Job Description

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting in close collaboration with Finance & the business. Analyze financial data and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Assist with month-end close support, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting. Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, and business stakeholders across countries and functions. Help turn financial insights into recommendations that support decision-making in an international automotive group.

Requirements

recent university graduates
fluent in English (!)
highly motivated to build a career in Business Controlling / FP&A
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Business (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Business Administration)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
