As an Accounting Intern, you will report to a Senior Accountant. Focusing on the Shipping sector, your main responsibilities will be the following: * Controlling and accounting for invoices and overheads * Making payments and issuing invoices * Reviewing the results of spot voyages * Assisting with monthly closings and reporting tasks * Assisting with VAT and tax declarations * Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit processes * Contributing to projects (process automation, operational improvements…)
