Monitoring various KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, delivery time) across the global organization. Your role will be crucial in coordinating action plans with different departments (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Credit and Collections, Services, Marketing, etc.) to drive strategic growth for our top global accounts.Analyzing new business opportunities, such as new HP product segments or alliances with vendors offering complementary products. You will assess the performance of our strategies by monitoring each global account and driving process improvement initiatives (e.g., action follow-up, monitoring, reporting).Managing projects such as analytics for the Executive Sponsor programs.
