If you thrive in a busy environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.The primary focus of this role is on providing a high level of customer service and working with colleagues in support of team activities to ensure a consistently professional experience for all participants on our programmes.This involves supporting logistics for various face-to-face and online programmes, including venue, catering and travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, preparation of programme materials and assisting with the delivery on the day.In addition to the above, the job includes office organisation and inventory management tasks as well as the support of participant inductions, managing registration systems, and facilitating online learning environments.
