Job Description

Does Bringing LEGO Play to gaming and gamers to LEGO Play sounds energizing? We are looking for a n enthusiastic student worker to our GAME Operations team in either Copenh agen or Billund Denmark, who can help us deliver fantastic Gaming, Activations and Metaverse Experiences for Kids . Core Responsibilities * Drive the end-to-end game moderation workflo w, including : running weekly moderation sessions by playing and searching UGC games / assets ; tracking and document ing cases ; and report ing violation s with various external publisher partners . * Assist in creating and optimiz ing templates and processes related to game moderation , c ollaborat ing within the G AME Moderation Manager and t h e wider LEGO GAME Creators team . * General su pport for ad-hoc tasks and projects Play your part: As a student worke r, you will join our GAME Operations department and get an opportunity to be part of the Game Moderation team , with a special focus on User Generated Content (UGC) and player experiences. F rom reviewing UGC b rand compliance and supporting in providing transparency to the wider GAME team, th is is an opportunity to get hand s on experience within the field of operation s and brand governance , while gaining special insights into the LEGO Brand and utlizing your keen eye for creativity . The Gaming environment at the LEGO Group is a growing strategy area , where collaboration with some of the biggest players in the world has placed an increased focus on game moderation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • You are able to work at a minimum of 10 -15 hours per week either in our office at Løvstræ de in Copenhagen or Havremarken in Billund.
  • We imagine that you are a maste r lever student , or in the final year of you r bachelor's degree . You r education al focus is business-related such as Marketing, Communications, Graphic / Multimedia Design, Game Desig n/ Development, o r equivalent .
  • You are p assionate about the Business of the Gaming Industry and are eager to learn new stuff with a go-do attitude.
  • You are c omfortable with working independently in a trusting and virtual environment.
  • You have strong communication skills and a high attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to approach tasks both with structure and p rocess , and creative oriented mindset.
  • English at a professional level.
  • Open mind to technical environment and strong IT skills across the Michrosoft s uite ( primarilly Excel , Microsoft Lists , Word ).
