Job Description

A three‑year, paid development program for students and recent graduates, built around: 3 one‑year rotations in key operational areas, real projects and responsibility, training, certifications, and leadership development, support from mentors and leaders, global environment and international exposure. This program is designed to help you discover your strengths, explore different career paths, and grow into a future leader. During the program you will rotate across areas such as: Continuous Improvement / Lean, Materials Management, Front Line Supervision, Procurement & Supplier Management, Production Planning & Control, Logistics & Distribution. Each rotation gives you practical experience, new skills, and a deeper understanding of how a modern manufacturing and supply chain organization operates.

Requirements

leadership potential, curiosity, and a desire to learn
have completed or are in the final year of studies in: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
fluent in English (at least B2)
a minimum GPA of 4.0
internship or practical experience in production, operations, or supply chain (a plus)
enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively
