We’re looking for a motivated Entrepreneur in Residence Intern (m/f/d) to join and support the Operations and Strategy teams at one of our Ecosystem Companies. As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you’ll work side by side with leadership on key operational initiatives, create analytical dashboards, and contribute to process optimization projects that directly drive company growth. In this role, you’ll: * Act as the right hand and sparring partner to the VP Operations * Create internal dashboards to monitor team performance and operational metrics * Analyze current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness * Collaborate closely with the founders as well as the Logistics and Operations teams to drive cross-functional success
