The Business Analyst will assist the analytics team with internal reporting requirements and stakeholder support. * Learn how to turn data into meaningful insights and intelligence that drive business success. * Assist in creating analytics requirements to make data report-ready for operations. * Gain a better understanding of business stakeholders to see how they use data, how data impacts their jobs, and how we contribute to a great customer experience. * Learn how marketing, communications and user support are impactful in analytics. * Gain a good mix of technical, business, process and analytical capabilities. * Work with stakeholders to develop business solutions. * Works independently to gather information, pose workarounds, carry out necessary research, and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, escalating to a lead or manager when appropriate. * Works in group or independently on side projects as needed and assigned.
