Job Description

Support the Guest Experience team in the tasks performed by the department. What you will do: * Gain valuable knowledge about guest experience standards, policies and procedures. * Learn how to anticipate and respond to different types of guests’ needs and requests. * Assist the Guest Experience team in creating memorable and personalized moments for our guests. * Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Concierge and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.

Requirements

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
You have fluency in English.
