You will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity. As a Intern for Project Management, your work plays a key role in driving Rituals’ growth by strengthening end-to-end processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you support the SQR Program Manager in delivering strategic programs that drive cost savings, optimize product lifecycle management, and elevate quality and compliance management.
