



Assist with basic Salesforce administration, troubleshoot user issues, update fields, and maintain dashboards used by commercial teams while supporting data accuracy checks and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales processes and tools. Create and update process documentation, user guides, and tool reference materials to ensure clarity and consistency. Build e-learning modules and training materials using the assigned platforms; support onboarding and tool adoption initiatives. Provide daily operational support to commercial teams by resolving tool blockers, answering questions, and guiding proper workflow usage. Assist in data cleansing, data uploads and data maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with the Sales Operations & Effectiveness team to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical problems. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features.
