Our graduate programme is a two-year, structured course providing learners with a six-month business placement, rotations, supported career pathways, links to professional bodies, structured development and mentoring and an excellent benefits package. It will provide recruits with a comprehensive understanding of a fast-growing; civils, building, engineering, maintenance and design contractor. Experience working across rail, environment, highways, energy and infrastructure and both public and private sector. The aim is for graduates to progress to a range of roles within AmcoGiffen on successful completion of the programme.
