The Events Intern will provide administrative support within the division preparing contracts, BEO’s and maintaining multiple databases. Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports and banquet event orders. Update Hotel software for the Commercial department, creating and updating bookings of events and preparing Banquet Event Orders. Operate a variety of electronic and manual office resources, including but not limited to laser printers, multi-function copy machines, fax machines, paging system, a bindery machine. Support the team with site inspections preparation and execution.
