Your job as an IT support intern is to provide technical assistance to employees across all departments by being the first point of contact for any software, hardware, and network problems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for setting up laptops for the employees and configuring new hardware, software, operating systems, and network components. You will be responsible for assisting with the IT aspects of onboarding new employees and the technical requirements for those leaving the company. You will also be responsible for other offboarding tasks like equipment return, account deactivation, and secure data deletion.
