You will be supporting the Too Faced EMEA Team on creative design support: Assisting in the creation of visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, and product packaging. * You will be supporting the Social / Earned Media team on creating and proposing Trend/Cultural moments and reporting * Creating content as requested by the brand (video for social media, flyers, banners, all mkt assets needed per campaign etc) * Collaborating with Marketing and Communication teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for new products launches and marketing/social campaigns. * Conducting research on industry trends, competitors’ analysis, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions. * Assisting with Photo editing, retouching, color correction and resizing to maintain consistency and quality across all the supports of the brand (brand equity). * Providing general administrative support to the team as needed, such as organizing files, managing assets, preparing presentations, creation teams/zoom backgrounds, or any internal support (visuals, invitations, teams videos…) etc.
