Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS) offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world. Are you ready to join a global network spanning 20+ countries, where bright minds collaborate to tackle real-world challenges in Innovation & Sustainability? Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within? As an intern, you will contribute to Project Second Life, an initiative focused on increasing circularity for laboratory furniture and components at Roche sites in Basel and Kaiseraugst. The project aims to create a structured and scalable reuse system for high-quality lab furniture from renovations by improving inventory transparency, evaluation processes, and internal redistribution. Within your first 3 months, you are expected to help deliver a verified digital inventory, support the integration of additional storage sites, refine circular processes for collection and redistribution, and create communication materials that promote reuse across key target groups. Your work will help reduce waste, conserve resources, improve cost efficiency, and increase the availability of tested furniture without long procurement lead times. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, operations, and digitalization with visible impact on circular economy practices.
