Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven value-based selling methodology, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.Your Key Responsibilities🔍 Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.🌟 Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.💪 Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.📈 Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.📝 Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.📊 Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.🧠 Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Native-level or full proficiency in Dutch or German & complete fluency in English. (any other European language is a plus)
  • Currently completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business administration, International relationships, International businesses, Marketing or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to learning sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to collaborate in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Strong interest in the IT/Software Industry with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to structure responses and think critically.
