Job Description

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to: • develop and improve key risk indicators in our Global Wealth Management franchise across all our booking locations to help the front and control functions to identify, manage, and mitigate non-financial risks • analyze data, business processes and requirements • build state-of-the-art dashboards and risk scoring solutions • collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients • develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business • attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Requirements

completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
excellent English (written and oral)
knowledge and interest in data analytics
experience working with Python, SQL, Excel, etc.
knowledge and interest in business, accounting, and finance
