This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Learning & Development team operates within a global law firm environment. You will support the execution of our flagship development programs, contributing directly to the growth and engagement of our people. Responsibilities * Support the coordination and delivery of L&D programs (logistics, scheduling, materials) * Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events * Manage participant communications and track attendance and feedback * Maintain learning systems and databases (LMS updates, reporting) * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams * Contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives
