We are currently looking for a Process Engineer Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Liquid Packaging team. Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will contribute to several improvement initiatives focused on increasing the site’s Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), simplifying processes, and supporting other continuous‑improvement projects. Your Role at Haleon This role will give YOU the opportunity to lead key activities that will help accelerate YOUR career development. You will be responsible for driving a structured, end‑to‑end project aimed at improving our operational efficiency. Typically, you will guide the project through six key steps: * You build a strong foundational understanding of our systems and processes. * You define the underlying problem you aim to solve. * You measure the impact of the identified issue. * You analyze potential solutions and constraints. * You implement the selected improvements. * You control and monitor the results to ensure long‑term sustainability.
