We’re growing in our BU Enterprise market and looking for a CRM consultant fluent in Dutch to join our international Consulting team. You’ll conduct functional analysis and, if applicable, test and maintain the IT applications in order to meet the needs of the customer. Your team can’t wait to welcome you! What’s in it for you? ✔️ Key role in guiding customers through their CRM journey from functional workshops to reliable deployments and ensuring solutions that truly support and enhance their business. ✔️ Career growth opportunities and internal mobility ✔️ Modern offices in 11 European locations ✔️ Fun team events & continuous learning ✔️ Competitive salary with bonus system ✔️ Hybrid working policy What you’ll be doing ✔️ Participate in functional workshops with the customer in order to clarify their needs and prepare a functional spec to be shared with the customer and the technical team for implementation ✔️ Prepare audits with the customers on what is already implemented and their daily use in order to help them simplify or adhere to their users. ✔️ Set up representative tests and prepare and coordinate the production in order to provide the end user with applications that offer a high degree of reliability. ✔️ Draw up functional documentation regarding the customized applications in order to establish a proper basis to simplify adjustments to the applications in the future. ✔️ Formulate possible adjustment or improvement proposals in order to meet the set quality standards in the future. ✔️Stay informed about product and R&D updates, assess their operational impact, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
