Job Description

As an intern, you will be a part of the Hilti Global Quality Management Team. You support the Head of Quality and Quality Strategy team at Hilti to implement the new Quality strategy on a global level. Based on your study background your role would revolve around Quality & Process management, formulating innovative training concepts, or steering digitalization of quality. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months (preferably 12 months). What You'll do The following roles are available based on the study background. Quality & Process Management Intern Ignite your internship by delving into strategic-level responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include organizing and moderating workshops and projects with members of management and experts. Furthermore, you will develop concepts such as Cost of Non-Quality tracking, implementing continuous improvement, and enhance supplier quality. You will also implement global quality strategy through internal consulting, establishing measurements, and reporting on the progress of strategy implementation. Quality Academy Intern: You will closely collaborate with experts to further enhance and ensure knowledge management by creating training concepts and organizing training courses. You will also be assisting in the organization and execution of Quality Academy events and facilitating workshops. Also, updating and maintaining internal communication platforms will be your task. This role encourages self-initiative, innovative thinking, and continuous knowledge development, while also requiring dynamism and flexibility. IT Intern: You will steer the evolution of our digitalization journey by developing our CAQ system, mastering advanced reporting tools, and refine processes with advanced modelling tools. Requirements

  • Enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program in Engineering, Business, or IT studies during the internship.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English at a high level, including business English for managerial communication.
  • Demonstrated creativity and commitment to enhancing workshops and content management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a structured approach to work.
  • Proven ability to innovate and work dynamically while effectively adapting to evolving situations.
  • Open to using various platforms for designing and creating
