This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Digital Transformation Intern in Internal Audit in Madrid with Signify. In this internship, you will join our operational Internal Audit team and play a key role in driving digital transformation. You’ll act as a connector between auditors and technical experts, helping translate business needs into innovative solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to process improvement, support tool deployment, and foster adoption across a globally diverse team that values collaboration, learning, and fresh ideas. What you’ll do * Work closely with auditors to understand their processes, constraints, and needs, and collect detailed requirements for digitalization improvements (via data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence) * Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. * Participate in testing digital tools, challenge existing ideas, and propose innovative improvements. * Support deployment and adoption by creating documentation, delivering training, and guiding auditors through implementation. * Assist auditors with troubleshooting and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth tool usage. * Participate in day-to-day business activities
