This role will support the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in executing various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing Lonza’s employer brand and attracting top talent. What you will do: * Operational Employer Branding Guardian: Work closely with our recruitment outsource provider to ensure all new collaterals are aligned with our EVPs, company tone, and language. * Career Site Management: Ensure our career site remains on-brand and effectively communicates our employer value propositions. * Project Support: Assist the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in driving various employer branding projects, such as reviewing and enhancing our EVPs, supporting the development of a Brand Ambassador Program, and contributing to the development of our strategic content calendar.
