Job Description

The P&O Intelligence Intern will support the P&O Intelligence Team by delivering analytical insights, developing dashboards, and improving data processes. This role is designed for a professional with completed training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, who is looking to gain practical experience applying data solutions within a People & Organization environment. The intern will contribute to transforming people data into reliable insights that support workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational performance

Requirements

Degree or certified training in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related areas.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualization principles
Knowledge of SQL and python is highly desirable
Experience with data transformation and ETL processes is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail
