We are looking for a highly motivated and driven intern to help us support Urbio's growing user-base (energy providers, district heating developers and energy consulting firms) in their activities such as... * the set up digital twins for territories and networks * the design of district heating networks * the implementation of municipal heating planning Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Apply Urbio's software to real projects in Europe * Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers in their energy transition challenges * Handle tasks such as energy data setting up, technical reporting and software integrations * Perform data analyses to improve Urbio's energy models * Contribute to product documentation focusing on AI technology and applications * Support in building AI driven customer success machine You will collaborate closely with both the operations and development teams to ensure the success of Urbio’s users. With guidance from our experienced engineering team, this internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical expertise, your communication and project management skills, and your knowledge of software-driven solutions for energy companies.
