Tijdens dit traineeship krijg je de kans om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen in een uitdagende, internationale B2B-omgeving. Je zult onder andere: * Leren hoe je complexe, technische oplossingen verkoopt * Meelopen met en ondersteunen van ervaren Sales Managers in klantprojecten * Klantbehoeften ontdekken en vertalen naar waardevolle, duurzame oplossingen * De juiste vragen stellen en de vraag achter de vraag leren begrijpen * Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams aan innovatieve voedselverwerkingsoplossingen * Training en begeleiding krijgen in consultative selling, business insights en productkennis * Alle tools en ondersteuning krijgen om door te groeien naar een Sales Manager rol

Requirements

Bachelor- of Masterdiploma hebben (technisch of commercieel)
Van nature nieuwsgierig zijn en altijd willen begrijpen “hoe” en “waarom”
