Job Description

In the main areas of accounting, human resources, assistance, secretarial work and corporate customer service, you will learn: * Organise your everyday office life * Answering calls and passing on information * Incoming mail processing * Formulating texts, creating tables, designing letters and presentations * Preparing and coordinating appointments (e.g. business trips) * Support with hiring employees, such as creating personnel files and processing holiday and parental leave requests * Present processes, create protocols and statistics * Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, check invoices and post them

Requirements

  • Completion of technical college entrance qualification or at least a good to very good secondary school leaving certificate
