At Agence Mantu, you will support the growth and visibility of the brand by contributing to content and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Growth, Sales, Digital, and Creative. Your Missions: Content Creation * Help craft case studies, articles and marketing assets for campaigns and sales materials * Support the creation of brand and thought leadership content * Collaborate with creative teams (design, copy, video) to produce engaging assets Social Media * Support content planning and posting across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms * Monitor engagement and performance metrics * Identify trends and propose creative content ideas Events & Activation * Assist in organizing events (client events, talks, marketing activations) * Manage event logistics, guest lists and post-event communication * Contribute to campaign amplification before and after events Collaboration & Reporting * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Digital, Employer Branding, Comms) * Support KPI tracking and reporting on campaign performance
