Job Description

We're looking for a HR Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Llangefni! This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, and we can be flexible around hours & days. Do you love helping people? As a HR Assistant you will provide administration support to the HR Team and assist with esuring that our policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across Huws Gray. As well as: * Co-ordinating/responding to the team HR Support queries * Answering general queries from colleagues/managers/external customers via various methods * Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all sensitive data * Maintaining and updating the HR system with colleague data * Liaising directly with the branch network as well as the senior teams * Assisting and supporting the colleague lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits
