Job Description

As a Supply Chain Global Exceptions Management Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team with a vital role working with internal stakeholders to provide customers with exceptional fulfillment and delivery experience of critical orders. You will: * Be responsible for empowering best experiences of escalated orders, constrained orders, and orders with budgetary requirements. * Support driving business growth and delighting our customers by supporting their needs with precision, attention to detail, and consistent clear communication. * Support data tracking and developing and maintaining metrics to track and improve our performance.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both peers and stakeholders
  • Remain organized while showing the ability to prioritize and balance tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances. With strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
