We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join our GRC & DP team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Corporate Compliance and other related matters pertaining to the GRC & DP function. The ideal candidate is a student of Law and Business Administration (or at minimum, Law), with a strong interest in corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical business practices. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and implementation of the company’s Compliance Framework. Assist in the analysis and documentation of criminal liability risk assessments and related compliance exercises. Provide support in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with the Data Protection team on matters related to GDPR compliance and data privacy initiatives. Assist in the review of contractual clauses from a compliance and risk perspective. Conduct legal and regulatory research on compliance-related topics. Help prepare training materials and internal communications to promote compliance awareness. Participate in cross-functional meetings to support Compliance team activities. Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of compliance metrics as appropriate.
