In this role, you will support the Quality team in the following activities: Monitoring, analyzing and reporting production and quality KPIs to support performance improvement and decision-making; Supporting the analysis of production processes, identifying inefficiencies, deviations and improvement opportunities; Assisting in analysis of production and quality issues, working closely with line technicians and production teams to define corrective and preventive actions; Supporting quality control activities, including visual inspections, to ensure products meet required specifications; Supporting training activities for production staff on quality standards, KPIs and best practices; Assisting in the management and analysis of non-repairable items, including data tracking and reporting.
