As a working student supporting the Chief of Staff to the Head of Design for SAP Signavio, you will play a key role in strengthening team operations, internal communication, and cross-suite collaboration. You will help drive initiatives that improve team health, culture, and organizational alignment. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and visual storytelling while working closely with design leaders, operations partners, and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities may include: * Support project management activities by maintaining timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables. * Create visually compelling communication materials such as newsletters, intranet or internal collaboration pages, presentations, and internal reports. * Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, frameworks, and strategic documents. * Contribute to internal communication initiatives that strengthen transparency, engagement, and team culture. * Support operational processes such as meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and organizing team events.
