As part of the RIMOWA global marketing team, you will report to the Senior Global Media Manager. Together, you will support global campaigns across a variety of media channels (Paid Social, OLV, Digital Display, OOH, Print, etc.) and work closely on overall media strategy, brand health tracking, benchmarking and reporting (including Organic Social). You will have contact with all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC, Japan, Greater China). Missions: Global media strategy support: • Support Senior Global Media Manager in implementation and tracking of Brand health studies (brand awareness trackers etc). • Support Senior Global Media Manager in qualitative studies with external partners – including briefing, follow up and presentation building. • Support Senior Global Media Manager with global testing roadmap. • Help to summarise local media strategies in management friendly one-pagers. • Design succinct and understandable templates for strategic documents. Operational campaign tracking: • Brief creative agencies on the localization of campaign assets, such as Social, digital display, OOH, and print when needed. • Support on the prompt delivery of localized assets to global and local partners. • Help to check advert preview links on all channels. • Help to secure management validation of pre aligned placements. Media reporting: • Work on monthly organic reporting for top management • Support with gathering and consolidation of campaign results and preparing global post campaign reports. • Monitor competitors and other brands to share innovative approaches and best practices with the Global Marketing team. • Manage photo reporting from local regions and PAN activations to keep archives of all ad campaigns. • Support organic social team on monthly reporting. • Help organize quarterly business reviews with partners and key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities: • Manage office media archives (magazines, newspapers containing campaigns). • Budget tracking of global media expenses. • Help with daily meeting coordination with partners / agencies / regions.
