Job Description

Analyzing business processes and identifying areas where AI can create real value. Collaborating with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements. Creating user stories, backlogs, and documentation to support the development of AI-driven solutions. Researching market trends, tools, and technologies in the AI space and assessing their business potential. Preparing presentations, reports, and one-pagers to support decision-making processes. Designing and optimizing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. Supporting the project team in delivering end-to-end AI solutions — from analysis to implementation. Acting as a bridge between business and technology to ensure solutions are both feasible and impactful.

Requirements

  • Availability to work from the office in Warsaw, hybrid mode (2-3 days in the office)
  • Active student status
  • Experience in business analysis, including techniques such as BPMN for process modeling.
  • Storytelling and visualization skills — making findings understandable and compelling through clear narratives and visuals.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
  • Documentation excellence — ability to produce high-quality specifications, user manuals, and process maps.
  • Command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/LLM/GenAI models, their limitations, strengths, and appropriate use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agentive AI concepts.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to product planning and estimation.
