To build and maintain our housekeeping team spirit high & energetic, we are looking for you to join our Housekeeping team! As our Housekeeping Supervisor Intern, you will be assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing and training the team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners. With your energetic and motivating spirit, you will make sure our guests and team members are always happy! Are you getting excited? Read on because… The hotels that are looking for a trainee from January/February 2026: * Sir Albert: design, art & luxury * Park Centraal Amsterdam: iconic, elegant & timeless This is what you're going to do * Work along with the team to provide the best service; * Assisting in managing and training the team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners; * Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores; * Checking reservations and pre-blocking rooms to ensures that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival.
