Job Description

You will support the 'Data Pipeline' project to help automate process steps for data preparation and integration. Furthermore, you help analyze processes and contribute to the technical implementation of efficient workflows. In addition, you will assist in developing and demonstrating Proof-of-Concepts through prototype implementations. Moreover, you support the introduction and use of USD (Universal Scene Description) for managing complex 3D scenes. You will help to develop scripts and tools, for example in Python, to automate conversions, data checks, and pipeline steps.

Requirements

Studies in computer science, media informatics, visual computing, computational design, digital design, mechanical or automotive engineering with digitalization focus, data science or similar.
Programming and scripting skills, preferably in Python; additional languages such as C++ or Bash are a plus.
Interest in 3D data structures, formats, and automation.
Basic knowledge of 3D visualization methods; terms like Shader, FBX, USD are familiar.
Familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, VRED, Blender, or NVIDIA Omniverse is an advantage.
Analytical thinking, structured mindset, and motivation to evaluate new technologies.
Good English skills; German is a plus.
