Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store * Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately * Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience. * Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates * Spot opportunities to upsell products and services * Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, this will typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed.
