We are seeking a motivated Graduate Highways & Infrastructure Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will support the planning, design, and delivery of transport and civil infrastructure projects across the UK. Your work will contribute to feasibility studies, concept development, detailed design, and preparation of construction information for a wide range of public and private-sector clients. This role will be hybrid and can be based from either our Wakefield, Luton, Birmingham or Manchester offices. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your professional development within a collaborative, design-driven consultancy environment. You will gain hands-on experience with UK design standards, digital design tools, and multi-disciplinary working, while building the technical foundation required for progression toward Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status. You will be enrolled in our 2-3 year grad programme where you will receive on the job training and development, as well as focus our general commercial awareness and personal effectiveness.
