Kick‑start your engineering career at Sulzer’s Birmingham HQ Service Centre, a state‑of‑the‑art facility and the UK hub for high‑voltage testing, large rotating equipment repairs, and advanced engineering solutions. Our Engineering Apprenticeship Programme gives you hands‑on experience with real machinery, world‑class equipment, and expert engineers who’ll help you build the skills and confidence for a long-term career in the industry.

Requirements

  • 3 predicted or achieved GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent), which must include Maths and English.
  • A strong genuine interest in mechanical engineering and practical hands-on work.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
