Job Description

The role holder will be accountable for supporting the COO Office Transformation Head, in managing the wider strategic initiatives and transformation portfolio under Global Markets COO transversal scope. The role is expected to handle matters with autonomy, whilst exercising sound judgement on when to escalate issues to more senior colleagues. * This role may be carried out within a range of experience depending on the development of knowledge and skills in the role and the role-holder’s ability to work with increased autonomy.

Requirements

Experience in project management environment
Understanding of the key challenges for Global Markets COO perimeter
Knowledge of CIB business lines and functions set-up, including key stakeholders
Capacity to generate ideas to help initiatives progress
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
Strong analytical skills and a good ability to synthesize
Comfortable with transversal responsibilities
Ability to lead various topics in parallel
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
