We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the Product Manager and Marketing Manager of HUGO BOSS Watches & Jewelry. In this role you will provide support through the following activities: Product – support to Product Manager * Inventory and follow-up of product samples * Keep product development tools up to date * Coordination of product photography * Update of internal sales tools (DAM, linesheets, toolbox, etc) * Support and follow-up for ongoing product development cycles * Update product operating and care manuals * Assist with general administrative tasks Marketing – support to Marketing Manager * Coordinate regional sales teams, HQ and licensor/agency timelines for correct and on- time delivery of projects * Keep asset management tool up to date * Support Marketing Manager with ongoing Marketing projects * Preparation of assets and guidelines (Photos and Videos) for campaigns * Support creation of Marketing tools (VM guidelines, Trainings, etc) * Assist with general administrative tasks
