




You will be responsible for running trials and analysis on emulsified products that will enable the delivering of a new process to be implemented in the factories. Learning about emulsification processing and application for current products. Coordinate pilot plant trials and collaborate with different partners. Setting up microbiological challenge tests to validate the process conditions and process lethality in close cooperation with our microbiologist/scientific services department. Understand the current way of working to produce Mayonnaise and Emulsions at Pilot Plant and Factory scale. Understand analytical and sensory methods to measure trials performance. Define an analytical plan. Prepare periodic presentations to keep the internship supervisor, and the Process Team informed about the progress.
