For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist for The Social Hub: providing exceptional guest support, handling individual reservations, and contributing to both guest satisfaction and commercial success across multiple locations. What will you actually do? * Deliver outstanding guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels * Handle individual reservations and related inquiries for all locations and product offerings * Execute daily Service Hub tasks following SOPs and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency * Manage guest requests, reservations, and administrative processes while maintaining compliance with privacy standards * Use key systems like Mews (PMS), Salesforce Service Cloud, and other platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization * Provide clear, friendly, and informed advice to guests about services, products, and experiences * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey * Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance
