









We are currently seeking a Product Owner Intern to join our Retail Product Management team, for a period of 6 months starting in september 2026. Your opportunity The Product Owner Intern will join our team of Product Managers, whose mission is to leverage technology to elevate the customer experience and strengthen the retail performance of Kering’s activities. He/She will contribute to the design of new features for the mobile applications currently used by more than 20,000 sales associates and store managers across our Maisons worldwide. How you will contribute As a Product Owner Intern, you will contribute to the success of our digital products by supporting Product Managers and development teams in delivering high‑quality features. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating meetings with Brand teams: gathering business needs, clarifying expectations, and refining them into actionable product requirements. Participating actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) to help drive team alignment and delivery. Creating and maintaining documentation related to newly implemented features, ensuring clarity and usability across teams. Organizing and participating in non‑regression testing sessions to validate new features before production release, and supporting the monitoring of test outcomes. Collaborating closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support delivery, and ensure smooth communication. Supporting Product Managers during feature activation and production rollout, helping manage dependencies and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Acting as a liaison between Product Management and Application Maintenance teams, tracking incident resolution and ensuring transparent communication across the product organization. Collecting, analyzing, and structuring user feedback from ongoing surveys to help shape product improvements and future roadmaps. Demonstrating a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, contributing ideas and bringing a positive, user‑centric approach to product development.
